Mandatory:

* 3 to 5 years experience in MS Outlook Forms analysis and
development;
* 2 to 3 years experience in requirements gathering;
* Experience in VB development;
* Experience in/knowledge of MS Exchange, SQL Server;
* Ability to mentor junior team members;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

* Knowledge of Infopath would be preferred.
