* Strong, proven experience (3 +years) in developing and implementing
BOXI R2 Universe/WEBI deployment strategy including standards, best
practices, etc.;
* Experience working in data warehouse projects/environments;
* Must possess client-facing experience;
* Experience with aligning universes to meet user requirements;
* Experience in leading teams of 5 to 10;
* Excellent knowledge of SQL, SQL Server RDBMS;
* Very good communication skills;
* Excellent data analysis skills.

Responsibilities:

The Consultant will report to the Manager of Data Warehouse/Decision
Support for the following responsibilities:

* Formulate an overall strategy for multiple projects;
* Develop standards and best practices;
* Lead the implementation team of BOXI R2 Universe technology.
