Microsoft Office Expert

Responsibilities will include:
Note: Contractor is required once a week - every Thursday until December
17,
2009
Providing assistance and training on MS Office 2003 / MS Office 2007
applications when required
Preparing and delivering lunch bag sessions (tips and tricks on how to
use
MS Office applications)
Preparing and delivering hands-on workshops on MS Office applications
Preparing Quick reference cards as required
Providing training on other office applications such as Visio, Project,
Live
meeting, Blackberry usage, etc.
A consistent contractor is required on-site once a week (every Thursday)
except for the summer period (July and August) and the last 2 weeks in
December.
